Hi, my name is Dana!
I am a Registered Nurse and a certified Health, Nutrition, Mindset, and Weight Loss Coach.
I have always loved all things sweet, not just food but faith, family, friends, (fantastic/dark) coffee, furry people, and flowers. Fitness can be pretty sweet, too. I finally realized this at age 32! It is never too late to start moving!
My passion for nursing has evolved into supporting health and weight-loss goals of 20- 50+ pounds for women aged 40+ during the menopause transition and beyond.
I combine my love of food, movement, and healthy living to help clients improve their nutrition, lose weight, gain energy, and achieve movement goals while creating an easy-to-maintain, healthier lifestyle during peri- and post-menopause
