Hi! My name is Dana Cushing. I am a Registered Nurse and a Certified Health, Mindset, Nutrition, and Menopause Coach.
My heart is in helping perimenopausal women 40- 50+ years old lose 20- 50+ pounds.
People call me The Confident Coach because I specialize in empowering women over 40 (in peri/menopause) who are frustrated and confused about what to eat, and struggle with their weight, fatigue, sugar cravings, blood sugar imbalances, and all-or-nothing thinking.
Your diet is just what you eat. You do not have to be on a diet to lose weight.
I will show you how to “diet different.”

You will receive weekly lessons for the first 12 weeks. It is highly encouraged that you watch your short lessons weekly. You can always go back, but staying on top of your learning will help keep you motivated! You have 24/7 email/app access to me, and I respond M-F 8-5 very timely, with a longer response time on weekends.

I am here for you! You can reach out anytime through email or the app! Your 1:1 coaching calls are a great option to take advantage of! You will receive monthly 20 minute sessions. If you need more, you can schedule!
